• Enemies and vases respawn on death
•  Added a PC and Linux version

Fixes

• Enemies not aware of player when the player is over a hole
• Win screen not stretching to fill screen
• Remove the "text" on the "play" button on the main menu
• Sound changes made on the title screen now also take effect when dungeon is loaded
